Eligible for refund

  • Purchase made within 7 days.
  • No credits have been consumed from the purchase.
  • Technical issues prevented service delivery.

Automatic refunds

  • Failed analyses automatically refund the credit to your account immediately.
  • No action required from you.

How to request a refund

Email support@redflagreport.app with:

  • Your account email
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for request

Response time: we respond within 48 hours.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.

Non-refundable situations

  • Credits already used.
  • Purchases older than 7 days.
  • Account violations of the Terms of Service.
