- No credits have been consumed from the purchase.
- Technical issues prevented service delivery.
Automatic refunds
- Failed analyses automatically refund the credit to your account immediately.
- No action required from you.
How to request a refund
Email support@redflagreport.app with:
- Your account email
- Purchase date
- Reason for request
Response time: we respond within 48 hours.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days through your original payment method.
Non-refundable situations
- Credits already used.
- Purchases older than 7 days.
- Account violations of the Terms of Service.
