By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Red Flag Report is an AI-powered tool that analyzes conversations you submit and produces pattern-based reports for personal reflection and entertainment.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.

• No illegal content.
• No harassment or targeting of identifiable individuals.
• You must own or otherwise have the right to upload any conversation you submit.
• No use of the Service for harassment, stalking, doxxing, or surveillance.

Reports produced by the Service are opinion-based pattern recognition, not factual claims about any individual. They are provided for personal reflection and entertainment only, and should not be used as the sole basis for relationship, medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions.

• Credits are digital goods sold on a final-sale basis.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Credits do not expire.
• We do not currently offer subscriptions.

We own the Service, including all software, branding, and content we create. You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your submissions solely to provide the Service to you.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for conduct that harms other users or the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodfellas Holdings Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goodfellas Holdings Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
